Things Mama Used To Say. This 52 full colour Caribbean Picture Card Deck is the brainchild of Lorlett Hudson. The cards, designed to empower African Caribbean youth, consist of "Jamaican proverbs passed down through generations of families". Each card contains a proverb and is decorated with a Caribbean flower. "Read a card a day and be assured that you will gain some good insights and pearls of wisdom… and Have a good laugh," says the author.
